Sense it.
Every breath you take,
Every daisy you see,
Every field you cross.
Connect yourself
To the cool, grassy earth.
Become the ground,
And listen.
Hear each beat
Of the bluebird's wings,
Feel every pounding
Of the horse's trot.
Puncturing the dirt
Only a little, each step.
And don't look,
See the world around you.
Love it.
Every fiber of life
Surrounding you.
Nature is calling.
