Nature will always win
From west coast to the east
Nature will always win.
And when waters rise
Her attack will begin.
First floods will claim streets.
Then plants and rust will strike down towers.
And where metal and rust meets
Bridges and buildings will stumble.
Then with people gone for good,
And factories silent.
And no more men to devour the wood.
This once concrete jungle, will be a real one.
Forests of both the old
And the new will take root.
Nature will never do as she is told,
Especially with people gone...
She will always win.
Or she will wait and wait and wait,
Until a new chance rises again
And then she will strike.
