Natures Lessons

Paint me a river.
Because there is nothing you can’t wash away.
Be strong.

Paint me a forest.
So i can LEARN from her.
Learn to stand tall and proud.

Paint me a mountain.
Because, the journey might be hard,
But oh will the destination be so much more than you signed up for.

Paint me a prairie
Bloom wherever you are planted.
You can grow and thrive, no matter what is thrown at you.

Oh, Paint me the WORLD. All of the nature around me.
So i can learn, and love, and live, and hope
So I can be care-free, and at peace
So I can smile, and laugh
So i can be happy.
And, so I can learn the most important lessons anyone could ever teach me.
The lessons taught by my mother. Mother nature.
