Nature’s Maine

Along Rocky, majestic shores
Islands strung like pearls
Inland rivers, waterfalls traverse
Through mountains, so serene nature's
Panoramic view, like long strokes of an
Artist's brush, splashed throughout mother
Nature's canvas, whisky clouds, orchids, pinks,
Purples and blues a painter's dream
Eyes scanning an illuminated scene, boats casting
Off standing inlets, seagulls screeching over hoisted
Sails, friends, beers and bon fires, sneaking a swim
Under translucent blue moon beams, glistening off sea
Foam waves, bears, moose and deer ornaments an already
Magnificent euphoria,exploring Maine's nature invokes
One's spirit
