Neverland

Can you dream
Without sleep
Through the day
Drifting far away

Great rainbow
Arching forth
A meadow
Of color

Neverland
Our place
Our own space

Skies can be pink, seas can be green
Flowing in winter and in spring
No time to tell stop
No storm to shed bitter drops
Come ride on clouds
Follow the sounds
Of glee

Glinting light
Spread out wide
Catch the stars
Put them in a jar

Sail to seek
Morrow night
Travel high
Mountain peak

Neverland
Our grace
Our embrace

Our trace
Our place
Our own space

This Poems Story

A subject of its own, but heavily inspired by the Neverland in the tale Peter Pan. The poem centers around innocence and imagination.
