New Beginning

Her body is sodden in her tears
As far as living in fear for years
She now feels the thrill to become one with herself
Lacking affection
Feeling the oppression of life itself
Cringing in the fear of death
She gyrates to discern her shadows
Caressing her hair as if she would dare look in the mirror to even glance at her reflection
She's portraying peace
Using her tears as the paint
And her mind as the utensil necessary to depict a new picture
This is the start of a contemporary inception of her existence.
