No Fairytale Ending

These secrets I hold on to

My lips sealed

Not with a kiss

No happy ending in this tale of a life

But by the hand

Of no prince charming

A deed done is one that

Wont magically disappear

My wish denied

My sweet sweet soul broken

Down the yellow brick road

The glass pieces are scattered

Through the looking glass

The wolf opens its big mouth

Swallowing me whole

Spitting me out

Only to be turned into a pumpkin

And squashed by the beast of my past

Everything cut too short

Down the rabbit hole I fall

Caught up in this mad mad world

This wonderland I suffer in
