No Matter the Weather

No Matter the Weather

In the beginning it starts as Autumn,
the brisk wind starts to swirl in the red sky,
the leaves begin to fall just as cotton,
as the scarce temperature rockets sky high.

as the stage turns to breathtaking winter,
snow falls faster than anyone can bear,
the vibe turns into a frosty bitter,
still, it's the most wonderful time of year.

the climate drops as the snow turns to rain,
the shy sun pops out from behind the clouds,
but so much rain, the earth is drenched in pain,
spring will turn to summer, shouts the bored crowds.

finally summer has approached us all,
as summer vacation grows on and on,
we see ocean, sand, sun, and a beach ball.
we want no hot sun, we want it all gone.

but In the end do the seasons matter?
we stay the same no matter the weather.
