None Before you and None Since

Beneath this hardened self a promise does lie,
dormant it has lived alone unkown.
Shaken loose this dream not left in silence untried,
before you my love there was none.

So now we dance fearful yet certainly tied,
together founding places our own.
Where a quaking passions lovely embrace need never die,
for you and I will ever be one.
