Noor (light)

Try to contain her
Watch her slip through your fingers,

Casting shadows as she plays through day
It's almost illuminating as she leads the way.

Be wary of exposure, for the warmth is fleeting
She too must leave you at the sun and moon's meeting

Take solace in that initial first greeting.
