Not Her Sister

At dinner
they were mistaken for sisters.

At the movies
the ticket holder thought they were best friends.

Only once did they kiss
did people seem to get what they really were,
a lesbian couple, nothing more nothing less.

She holds her hand in public,
but guys seem to ignore.
No sir, you can't have a threesome.

All they want is to be happy together,
not have to explain themselves everywhere they go.

Good thing there's the bedroom.
