Ocean’s Arms

I miss you tonight more than most nights
I know what they say about two wrongs not making a right
A night that is sharp as daggers in my memory
Makes me miss you so much that my heart can't be set free
My heart aches with pain going through my body
As I reach out to get close to somebody
Sometimes I stare at the stars seeing you there
I wonder if you're even aware
Not one day goes by that I don't miss you my friend
I'm typing the same message praying to see it sent
So you would know about my memories and all the times
Long nights spent awake trying each others rhymes
Is it lonely at the bottom of the ocean away from us?
Or do you fall deep in the oceans loving caress?
Come home and prove that it's just a bad dream
That you never fell into the oceans deep reprieve
Every face looks like yours, same eyes, hair, and smile
I stare and I get lost for a while
