Ode to Nature
You are loved by everyone.
You are the sun peeking through my window when night is done.
You are the birds that sing.
You are everything.
All your flowers smell so sweet,
laying in their bed, oh so neat.
Starting to bloom are flowers of yellow,
peeking out to say hello.
Sometimes in the spring you make me sneeze,
and you can hear the buzz of bees.
In the summer,
you are rarely a bummer.
For fall follows after that,
and fall leaves are a pleasure to look at.
Winter makes me cold as ice,
but snow on the ground looks like a blanket and looks so nice.
People stop to look at you
because you are the sky so blue,
and trees so green.
You are everything I've seen.
