Ode to Release

Freedom eludes so many,
These gatekeepers withstand all defenses
As an ocean crashing into the shore
Immense strength beating against a weak wall
None shall surpass its crushing force
Sweet, sweet release
Does not exist
Go on forever - miles and miles
Freedom is not a worldly truth
Trapped within this web you weave
A fly in the thin web
You are not incredible
You will not hinder my freedom
Sweet, sweet release
I will be unleashed from this disorder
Disorder? Disorder.
Take me away to my kingdom
A card within a deck of many
Oh queen of hearts
Release mine and push me away
Free my soul and sell my body
For I am not the machine,
I am not the fool,
But I am the king
