Ode To The Fool

O’ Fool! You Fool!
You walk the razors edge.
My heart beats thrice within my chest,
And thrice you prance away.
Your eyes are closed.
Your head tilted toward the rays
Of golden kisses on your cheek.
You hold a flower in one hand.
And a journey upon your breast.
My heart beats thrice within my chest,
Ah, yet, you dare not look my way.
