Odysseus

You venture on a journey,
Getting lost in the darkness,
And entangled in the woods.
You never know where you are.
You eventually lose yourself.
Returning takes a lifetime.
Some are lost forever,
Never to return,
To continue their venture.
Despite the consequences,
The pain and the hurt.
They're stuck in a dream world
Designed for them to never escape.
