Oh, Memories
Oh, memories, where did you go?
It feels like I am far away from home.
All my hopes, all my dreams, have fled from me.
Take me back to the person whom I used to be.
As I stare into the sunset, my fears depart;
My wounds heal inside my damaged heart.
Oh, memories, come to me.
Whisper the SWeet lullabies I used to sing.
All my anthems, all my broken cries,
Hum to me in the midnight skies.
Oh, memories, I mustn't fade.
Remind me of who I am
Under sun's morning rays.
Oh, memories, pink skies fill twilight's dwelling,
So, let them consume my swell-resting.
