Once in a Blue Moon

The pig flies over the moon of blue
The boy cries "I swear it's true!"
It's a rare event sure to say,
We celebrate with curds and way.

The fourth moon is in the sky;
To this sight I say goodbye.
I found a pin and picked it up
Day's over, season too; so jump...

Out of the volcano, see the ladybug flee.
The dish and spoon, a sight to see!
We stole the cat's tail and the monkey's lives,
The owl knows, only the act survives...

The dust clears, cow returns to earth,
King counts what he's worth.
Lion and the unicorn will come to play
We all know the nightingale cannot stay
