Once Upon A Time

Once upon a time
Nestled birds in the tree limbs
Singing sweet songs of springtime

Every now and then
I bet you think of these things
And smile to yourself

What if these things
Never were
Where would we be today?

Leaves on the trees
In a light spring breeze
Awaken the bees in the flowers

They're alive
As you and I
Probably more sometimes

What if these things never were
Where would we be today?

Love how the sun shines
Through clouds in the sky
Echoing rainbows
Through tears in my eyes

J'aime les pomme de terre
Je vous aime de tout mon coeur
Maintenez de ne
Jaime lessei aller

Language doesn't matter
Time passes in the same way
Tell the ones you love while you can

What if these things never were
Whee would we be today?

Love how the sun shines
Through clouds in the sky
Echoing rainbows
Through tears in my eyes
