One Smile, One Lie

A smile on a happy face
Is a dam in the plain of day
Sorrow masked by the actor
And shielded by walls
One push and it will burst
And a flood will have it's way
For those who do not see
Their eyes will portray thee
For friends of all kinds
know you when you are alive
And when you are not
Let the walls down
Take the mask off
Bark like a hound
And sniffle and caught
For the flood is no match
For the dam that tries to hold it back
