Humans are so fragile.
Our skin is easy to break, our minds easy to bend.
The smallest thing can tear us down, cause mental collapse.
And yet, we survive.
We survive harsh winters, blazing winds, and torrents of heat.
We survive heartbreak, emotional destruction,
Pain unmatched by anything physical
We are fragile beings that won't be brought down.
Resilient to the ravaging presence of others,
We will not allow complete degradation.
As humans we hurt, as people we feel pain.
There is nothing we can do about it.
