Our Tears

One's tears are hard to shed
But once one falls,
Its legion of tormenting waters are not far behind.
A mangled and jumbled mess,
Representing the enigmas of the heart,
Each tear holds a story-
A mishap, perhaps, a pain, or a loss.
A mystery to others, but only we,
The Criers,
Must know the whole truth.
