Overtaken, twice forsaken
Treacherous lies, no more goodbyes
Toss and turn, burn then learn
Redeeming thus heart and soul
Somehow diminished and oh so cold
A venomous mind conscience clear,
An impression of a love to fear
In despair and fully aware
The past runs through thy head,
The rest shall be left unsaid
For what is so precious to thee,
He who has no chance to see.
