Pain of love

A monster is lurking in your head
sometimes it makes you wish you were dead.
Parents argue and argue and fight
but their egos burn too bright.
With nightfall the dreary take rest
with it love is suppressed.

Love is an angel; divorce is the devil
they make emotions rise like the sea-level.
Divorce often wins but in the end,
love is your only friend.

Divorce is that monster.
It hurts like a sore blister.
It rips and tears
causes people to stare.
The weak lose,
The strong have not one bruise.

This is the pain of love.
