Pain’s Pretense

Mesmerize me.
Be my heartbeat's fatality.
Because I'm dying to know ...
If you're intrigued to what you see.

I could stay, or I could go.
I'd just float alone,
Until you surface these bones.

Finding my fear releasing ...
Hopes that were lost are now lifting.
My thoughts are getting kind of iffy ...
Wondering how much you may miss me ...

Just say the words ...
We'll bring out the swords ...
And slay away everything that stings.
