Painted Hearts

The word love falls loosely on your lips.
The pain burns swiftly on my chest.
We both have painted hearts
that bleed and plead.
I sink, I shake
before I see my fate!
I see your face
as the ground begins to break.
My heart full of pain.
I still believe in faith.
Large stones beneath the bridge,
have no fear nor faint.
Just seek my heart in vain.
Its hard to fake how much our hearts weigh.
As we fly so swiftly
endless clouds ahead.
Below I see no faces!
Can you allow
your face to fly
without visions of down below?
Now lately you reflect
on how u can save thyself.
Then you realize love is
a hard fought road on a wintery slope.
Sometimes we drive alone
At times someone to float
You learn to love yourself.
Then know how painted our hearts truly are the same.
