Winter is over & waiting for spring flowers
instead we got world wide virus showers.
So rapidly it spread, filled all hospital beds.
No one really knew of this infection,
were told to wear face masks for protection.
Scientists worked day and night
to find the right serum for this plight.
The order came: close schools and business',
stay home or keep your 6-feet distances.
They gave it a name, called it COVID 19,
worried and stressed all - this sickness is mean.
Many have been laid to rest, those who got well
gave hope that not all is lost - and time will tell!
