Pandemic

By

Wash your hands, wash your face
Wear a mask, give me space
Stay away, I can't get ill
There's no medecine, there's no pill
My immune system isn't strong
If I get infected, I won't last long
Keep your distance, play it safe
Wash your hands, wash your face
Wear a mask, know your space
If you stand close to me, it could do me harm
I don't want to be rude or cause alarm
Keep your distance; stay away from me
I don't have a clue who's infected, distance is the key
Wash your hands, wash your face
Wear a mask, watch your space
Maybe it's me or maybe it's you
There's no way of knowing, there is no clue
This is stressful, I'm sure you know well
It's a terrible thing, this is hell
I'm trying to be cautious, to be healthy, to stay well
Wash your hands, wash your face
Wear a mask, give everyone space
COVID 19 infects anyone who's close by
It's in the air, a virus that lands on you like a fly
It infected hundred of thousands of people
The weaker perished while the stronger survived
