Paper Romance

My entire existence, left cradled in a handful of shredded paper,
the very sum of my full life, set loose, tossed into the stirring wind,
where I go remains to be seen, sent scattering across the
unknown, places to pass through while on my way to nowhere,
that comes like some unresolved lifeless dream in my head, walking
aimlessly by, watering the earth by these slow moving feet of mine.
