Paralysis Of Analysis

Just a stroll within my park
Release the demons of my heart
Crazy things all tend to start
By simply sitting in the dark
Nonsense runs a wild road
And danger's feared with every turn
The slightest notion brings to burn
A love that bends to break the code
A heart decayed from trenching cracks
My love who came to watch the show
A heart to heal I'll never know
Until this knife's pulled from my back
Blood and black spill from my veins
I sit and stare ten painful ways
Too much, my mind is in a haze
Of cars and boats and trucks and trains
And when my mind begins to roam
The loss I feel corrodes my bones
The pleading, scratching, screaming groans
Remind me that I've lost my home
