All they sacrificed for you.
The day when you are born, their happiness began.
Their special moments are your smiles.
They earn but they say that it’s all for you sweetheart.
They cancelled their trips and sacrificed their fantasies for you.
All they want is your dream to get fulfilled first.
They carried you on their shoulders when you were small
When you grow older they might not lift you on their shoulder
But they have the same love and happiness towards you
They hide their pain in front of you and smile.
Because they can’t see you in tears.
They were once kings and queens on their first day of marriage.
But now they wanted to make you a king and marry you with a beautiful queen
And take the responsibilities of the kingdom called the house.
All they expect is your happiness and you.
The world might hate you, but they never hated you.
Don’t make them shower tears, make them laugh every moment.
Love them more than they love you.
Ultimately parents are your best friends, guide and first teacher.
And home is the first place where learning begins.
