Perfect Love

I can't think of a better way to live life
Great kids and a beautiful wife.
You seem to always know how to make me smile
You are always willing to go the extra mile.
I always get flashbacks of our prom
The night you told me you wanted to be a mom.
Sitting on the porch, under the stars above
Holding hands, showing our true love.
I don't tell you enough, but you're the best
Better than all of the rest.
You put things aside, giving us that extra time
Cooking dinner puts you in your prime.
Serving the kids ice cream with strawberry preserves
A great woman like you, do I really deserve?
When I'm down, you always cheer me up
Let's have a glass of wine, fill my cup.
The kids are in bed and the lights go out
Our wonderful memories are what we talk about.
It's bedtime, I lean in for a kiss
Does anything get any better than this?
You have me head over heels in love with you
Best part is, I know you feel the same way too.
