Phoenix

You tried to make me feel small,
so that you could feel tall.
You wanted me to quiver and shake,
but still I rise like daybreak.
See you ain't got nothing on me
because I have the powers that be.
For I am like a Phoenix.
You can't do nothing to jinx this.
They say hurt people, hurt people
so you're definitely broke.
Don't sleep on me 'cause, I stay woke.
I will wait for karma so you can get what you deserve.
It's ok, I know my value I'm like the Federal Reserve.
I truly do pray that you get the help you need.
for I'm am like a bird, who has been freed.
Goodbye my friend, hope to never to see you again,
and if I do know that I am victorious
I will always will win!
