My life begins when I open the page
Of a book I had written that day
It's painted with colors of different hues
Green and red, purples and blues

It tells a story without using words
A small creation my own unique world
A world that tells the story of my life
Detailed in ink, drawn in a fight

A fight against this cruel life game
Living your life day by day
Crossing paths with incredible foes
Or wallowing in hurt, tending your woes

When a new story shows the words disappear
And turn into a sketch of what I hold dear
It reflects everything I know
Putting on a dazzling show

A picture is worth a thousand words
Apposed to a book, with a little detained world
So I allow my life to be drawn into a sketch
Of a picture that I will never forget
