Plant The Seeds

Give me a sign my heart's not going to waste
Show me loving you won't blow up in my face
I'm holding on too tight to wonder if it's real
Having you around is the only way I can feel
When you're gone what's left is an empty shell
Anxiously awaiting to know the reason she fell
Her heart is screaming, you're all she needs
She has a bright future but you hold the seeds
I'm hopeless believing what I know is not true
But my soul, my insides, are pleading for you
It's like an addiction time will never heal
It's like a guilty verdict I just can't appeal
It's Heaven and Hell all rolled into one
And the crazy part is, it's only just begun
