Please Don’t, Angel

Don't tell me it's gonna be okay, when we know it may not be
Don't argue with me and tell me I'm wrong, when we know I'm right
Don't let me have your shoulder to cry on

Don't hear all my secrets and find out why I'm guarded
Don't love me for who I am, and not for who I pretend to be
Don't make the mistake of staying when you're better off going

Don't do everything you can to help me and end up going down with me
Because then I have to accept some facts that I don't want to accept
Maybe there are some who are above all the rest

Who love you for you...
Who will be your shoulder to cry on...
And to whom all your terrible secrets you confess.

I never got what's with you
Why not just walk away?
Yet, you do everything I tell you not to

Like an angel I never asked for
Now I'm on my knees begging for you
To save your snow white soul

Don't be my angel
Just walk away.
