Please Stay

Take one look around,
There's no color to be found.
Chills in the wind keep people at bay,
memories flash of a warm summer day.
The taste of the snow,
the warm fires glow,
winter is here to stay.
The crack of the fire,
the crunch of the ice,
a hundred degrees never sounded so nice,
summer please don't go away.
