Everyday I envy you
Everyday I cherish you
Everyday I hurt inside as I watch you in the mirror
Because you don't see any of this
Because you can't see what I see
Because someone's polluted your mind with poison

You don't see the proud eyes of those who stand by you
You don't see the swarms of people who just want to know you
You don't hear the laughs of the people that just want to be you

For once I just want you to look in the mirror and see yourself
