Porcelain Smile

A painted on face, the forced smile
We are all distracted by the look
Of happiness
Blind are we to the cries for help
She is expected to smile so she does
Feeling like a puppet doing what she’s told
The world chooses to see a smile, her happiness
Well if that’s the case then maybe for the world
To see her as she is
She should cry tears of gold
