Precious Gifts

As the sail fills up, it catches the untamed winds,
blowing across the clear blue water of the lake.
It reminds of all the things my Creator has given
to me to enjoy, and reflect. Within my mind I intake.

In splendor glory, a whole world of precious beauty.
Flowers and trees, blue skies, all of God's majesty.
I think of the rain and snow, how they are blessings to.
Yes, God has been truly good in sharing his healing hue.

I'm a three time survivor from grips of Death's cancer.
Why he let me beat the odds? I have no known answer.
Then I'm blessed with ever faithful family and friends,
and a loving wife, who I love and our love has no ends.

Precious Gifts, bestowed upon me, Thank you God!
