Prison love

So many people judge a relationship separated by steel,
Not to get get carried away because their love isn't real.
Well I have been hurt in many ways,
So many times I lost count of the days.
Those that have broke me spirit and heart before,
They weren't left behind with the slam of a steel door.
Nope they were free taking advantage of the love that was given,
No hope or ambition to life they were not driven.
To love someone you must leave behind,
That to me is a love hard to find.
You build each other up anticipating the life you are planning ahead,
To one day know what it feels like with him laying in your bed.
To still feel happy even when you can't go on a date,
To use your imagination is not something to hate.
You build a bond that you got through the hardest time in life,
You waited so long because you dream of being their wife.
So to those who try knocking a relationship that is separated by steel,
Ask yourself first what you think makes love real.
Instead of saying negative comments try boosting their love,
Because to find a life with someone else is a gift from above.
Women like me sacrifice many things to accomplish what so many search for,
Being happy with the basics and not asking for more.
We do not plan who our heart goes out to,
Just remember how fragile her heart is and what they have been through.
