Prisoner
I am here within the bricks
Of alphabets
By the walls of words
Behind the bars of verses
And sentences
I am sentenced to write the lines
I am caged in my knowledge
My rhyme is my crime
My readers be my judge
My lyrics be the tears I cry
My poems be my alibi
I am a prisoner of poetry
And no one can set me free
Of alphabets
By the walls of words
Behind the bars of verses
And sentences
I am sentenced to write the lines
I am caged in my knowledge
My rhyme is my crime
My readers be my judge
My lyrics be the tears I cry
My poems be my alibi
I am a prisoner of poetry
And no one can set me free

I've been writing reading eating breathing poetry until, as if, I cannot deny, I'm prisoner of my own writings.
