Ragdoll

I have always said that a man could never make me
I'd push him off or do anything else to guard my safety
Kick, scream, punch and bite, I'd rather die there
I was not the type of woman that would take it and lie there
I was standing proud until I thought he loved me
I was standing proud until I felt so ugly
I was standing proud until he was above me
I was standing proud until I knew he drugged me
Is it only rape if he sneaks up from behind you?
Is it only rape if other men don't do that, too?
Is it only rape if he's got claw marks in his eye goo?
Is it only rape if he makes you bleed and kills you?
Of course when I reported it, he didn't go to prison
Of course if I'm uncomfortable you shouldn't stop and stiffen
Of course if I'm too scared to speak it means I love it
Of course if I'm 15 that means that you can have it
Of course you'd say I lie to ruin your reputation
There will be other girls
Are they all false allegations?
I gave the benefit of the doubt and paid the difference
I told her told her what had happened to me
She didn't listen
She told me that I made him out to be a villain
And that she was not the type to stop and let it happen
