Rain

It hides the tears, the pain
Shadows of the reflection of tears
Lightly sitting upon her face.
Can you read through her eyes what she feels?
Can you look at her& tell she's in pain?
No blood,
No wound,
No aches
No visual damage.
But she's more distress then you'd imagine.
RAIN..
Her only security
Her one friend.
With every drop of rain a tear
With a story drops piercing
Through her skin
Burning the soul within
Prisoner
No shackles
No cuffs
No guards Prisoner within herself
STUCK, DAMAGED, LOST..
Twining together
She sits in a puddle of her own salt water;
rain.
Her only security
Her one friend.
