Realization

It is new grace and mercy that I see every day
to help me go through this time
and I thank God for his continuous long suffering
with me even though I was blind

I thank God for always being right here
even when I paid no attention
but I realize that God is working behind the scenes
to get things into organization

It is new grace and mercy that I see every day
that's always giving me a new chance
and I'm realizing this each and every day
so that I can go through every circumstance

I realize that God is working things out
to fulfill his true purpose at hand
and I'm willing to be part of that miraculous change
so I can do the very best that I can

So even though it has taken me to have a baby to realize
that God truly wants me in his will
I'm still hoping and praying that I'll come with hands up
to surrender my all and to be still
