A life for all lives,
the cost has been paid,
the bricks are put down,
the path has been laid.

For love's first loss,
has taken our shame,
he has overcome darkness,
and sickness and pain.

That night on the hill,
when darkness overcame,
the curtain was torn,
and our Savior lives still.

The light overwhelmed,
the price had been paid,
the Savior has risen,
our future is made.
