Red Winter

Have you seen the coldest mornings
Melt away to red?
The way the trees hide her blush
And stain their leaves to purple
The sky will never light up
The way I do when I watch you
It's the same every night,
And every time it's different,
Like a painting
You could begin a hundred times
And even then,
It would never be
As beautiful as you
