Remembering You

I wake up with the rising sun, Once again remembering your gone.
I think back to our future, present, and past.
How I hoped what we had between us would last.
Now that your not here, all I am left with is fear.
I walk around my room and look at old photos of me and you.
It reminds me of innocence and all the things we use to do.
I look at the sky.
I remembering you holding me when I'd cry.
I thought our love would never die.
I remember that laugh, your eyes, your smile.
I sit back and picture it for awhile.
I turn on our favorite song and I begin to dance along.
I remember how we used to dance to the beat.
All the steps we had to repeat.
It goes off and I don't know what else to do.
So I try and keep on remembering you.
