I was consumed by darkness, obsidian black
As I felt tendrils creep up my back.
It was like being struck with a wave of
the emotions I had bottled up.
I was about to fall into madness and despair
When I felt warmth waltzing into the air
You reached out to me
You radiated glee
You set me free
From my torturous cell
Left without a care,
I was prepared
for the bright future to come
