Road to Madness

False reality
My head is twisted like a nine inch screw
Not thanks to me, but thanks to you
How could I tell what's real and what's not?
When your poisoned tongue pollutes my every thought
Confusion
The yellow fog clouds my mind
Were you hers or were you mine?
I'm forced to walk roads, late at night
Am I even worth the fight?
Paranoia
Who are you and who am I?
Two different people, four different eyes
You seeing me isn't me seeing you
Seeing us just isn't true
Misconception
Faulty thoughts throughout my head
Remembering things that were never said
Words, words. They're all we have to go on
But what if these words are now all gone?
Madness
Am I mad?
And not like aggression
Am I insane?
That is the question
